1. Take out banan nut bread from fridge
2. Slice your bread into 1/2 inch thick slices and set aside
3. Preheat a skillet to 350° F
4. Mix together eggs, cinnamon, sea salt, and almond milk
5. Once your skillet is preheated, grease with coconut oil 
6. Carefully drip your slices of banana bread in your egg mixture covering on all sides and place in your skillet
7. Cook for approximently 3-4 minutes on each side
8. Remove from the pan and plate
Serve with fresh sliced bananas and pure maple syrup.
